Corey Day Survives Terrifying Wreck in Kyle Busch’s Truck Entry: A Testimony of Strength and Survival

Near the end of Stage 2 of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race, Corey Day was involved in a scary crash on the backstretch, driving the No. 7 Spire Motorsports entry after Kyle Busch’s passing.

Busch’s recent win at Dover Motor Speedway secured Day’s pole position with Busch’s name still on the truck.

During the race, Day spun after a tangle with Gio Ruggiero, causing the truck to go airborne towards the inside wall without catch-fencing.

Despite the terrifying incident involving the No. 7 Chevrolet Silverado, no one was injured, and Day was quickly released after being checked at the care center.

Layne Riggs eventually won the race, which had to end prematurely due to time constraints, while Day expressed regret for the crash and his team’s disappointment.
